Dr. Jodi Richardson is incredibly passionate about elevating people's mental health and wellbeing. Teaching is the thread that runs through all that I do as an anxiety and wellbeing speaker, author and host of the podcast 'Well, hello anxiety'. I love nothing more than to destigmatise mental health, help people understand they why behind their experiences and teach impactful strategies that wind anxiety back and amplify happiness and wellbeing for people, parents and their children.

Fun Fact: I need to finish one veggie on my plate before I'll start eating another - I'll even find those pesky peas hiding underneath the carrots.

What humanises me:
Anxiety has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember but it no longer stands in the way of me doing what matters. I have my ups and downs like everyone, but I've learned to experience how I feel, accept anxiety as a part of my life, how to dial it down and that I can move forward even if anxiety has to come along for the ride.
